Recent commission

I recently drew 4 guys that are in a band for their website logo.  This is my favorite!

Tools of the trade.  Fun tools, creative tools.  Notice also the mp3 player which brings some entertainment to long hours of drawing.  The table top is a large light table I made myself from seeing the one Tom Richmond made that he blogged about two or three years ago.

Lar desouza

A pic of the incredibly talented Lar desouza at the 2011 ISCA convention with a drawing I did of him.  Lar has a very clean and comic style to his art and it's always a treat to see what new cartoons he creates.

ISCA Prez

Here I am (on the left) with the current president of the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) Steve Hearn at the annual convention back in November.  Steve is a very friendly and extremely helpful chap and in my opinion is doing a wonderful job at the helm of ISCA.  Actually all the board members of the organization work their butts off to organize the convention each year.  The ISCA holds a convention annually that usually lasts 5 days and its always in a different location in the U.S.  If you are even mildly interested in caricature I highly recommend researching the ISCA at www.caricature.org.
