Indian Arrowhead Tattoo Design

Here's a pencil drawing of a tattoo design dreamed up by a friend of mine. He also has two other tattoos drawn by yours truly. Sometimes you have to pull away from one project to meet a deadline for another and that's how this one was. In the end this design was going to look too busy on his forearm so he had to simplify it a little.

Here is a recent piece I was commissioned to do by the lovely TV news personality Jamie Sullivan to be displayed at her wedding reception. She was really great to work with and I'm glad their wedding and reception turned out very well.  May they have many great years together.

The Beatles, Abbey Road

I haven't posted here in what seems like an eternity and I apologize. I've had a busy summer and I'm currently working on some commissions with deadlines. Here is a black & white sketch of the enormously famous Abbey Road zebra crossing image. I did this sketch for a wonderful couple who's wedding I drew at this past summer and the sketch was printed on the paper I used. Needless to say they were BIG Beatles fans.

Wedding Caricature

Here is a live caricature from a recent wedding reception.  I took the photo with my phone which does a half decent job considering how dark it is in these types of venues.  I then opened it in photoshop and lightened it a bit.

Caricature commissions

I'm currently very busy with commissions.  Wedding signing boards, office staff caricatures and tattoo a design!  I wish I could share more now but I need to respect the clients until it's the right time. Stay tuned...

Digital Caricature

I don't believe I have posted this one here yet.  This guy was part of a corporate team that I drew last year and he is my favorite.  I have another group of office staff that I will be working on very soon.

State Wrestling Tournament

It's embarrassing how long it's been since I have blogged.  Inexcusable!  I currently have plenty of studio work that I will share in the future.  Here is a gift caricature I finished recently for a couple of local wrestlers that made it to the state tournament.

Still Blogging

Yes, I'm still blogging.  It's embarrassing how long it's been since my last post. The whole December thing hits pretty hard and before you know it your behind on stuff you should be doing.  That's my lame excuse anyway.  Sometimes I like to take older drawings and tweak them a little and the pic here is one I "adjusted".  Still could use some TLC.
