Obama Caricature Progress

More progress as a high res close up!

Obama pencil - more process

Yet more progress on the Obama caricature.  Again, as you can see by the date on the photo it's pretty old.  There's a stark difference between the basic lines sketched out and the much more finished look of the rendered b&w values side by side.

Obama drawing process

I thought I would post a photo from the beginning of the Obama drawing.  As you can see by the date on the pic it's from nearly two years ago.

President Obama

A pencil caricature drawing of President Obama for 'Exaggerated Features' which is a quarterly publication for ISCA (International Society of Caricature Artists) members.  Members can submit their art to be included in the magazine.  His face offers so many opportunities for exaggeration.

Blue Gorrila

One of my favorite subjects to draw.

Pug colored version

Pug

A line drawing of a pug without the eyeballs which makes him look like some kind of possessed pooch.  I drew this with pen then scanned it and colored digitally which I will post soon.
